Welcome to Beaded by Inayah! These terms and conditions outline the rules and expectations when you use our website or make a purchase from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to the terms listed below.
This small business is created by Inayah (age 9), and is fully supervised and managed by her parent/guardian for safety and compliance.
1. Products
All items sold on this website are handmade, which means there may be slight variations in colour, size, or design. We do our best to show accurate photos and descriptions, but please remember each piece is unique!
2. Orders & Payments
- Orders can be placed through our website.
- Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment provider.
- Full payment must be received before any order is shipped.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Shipping
- We currently ship within the UK.
- Orders are typically dispatched within [3–5 working days], unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping times may vary depending on Royal Mail or other courier services.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, but we will always do our best to help!
4. Returns & Cancellations
As a small handmade business, we do not accept returns unless an item is faulty.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalised items.
- Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
5. Safety
Our products are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3 years old due to small parts that could be a choking hazard. Please supervise younger children when wearing or using our items.
6. Intellectual Property
All photos, product designs, and content on this website belong to Beaded by Inayah and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written permission.

Return and Refund Policy

At Beaded by Inayah, each item is handmade with love and care. Because of the nature of our small business, we have a limited returns policy – but we always want our customers to be happy!
Returns
- We only accept returns if an item arrives faulty or damaged.
- To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@beadedbyinayah.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalised items
- Sale items
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or we made a mistake).
Exchanges
As a small business, we are currently unable to offer exchanges.
